At Glow With Jimma, we are committed to providing a premium, stress-free experience for every client. To ensure fairness and the best results for everyone, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total service price is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your balance on the day of your visit.
Arrival & Punctuality
- Please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment.
- Arriving 15 or more minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or a late fee being applied, at our discretion.
- If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
- We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
Lash Preparation
- Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup.
- Dirty lashes may require a Lash Bath add-on ($15), which will be added to your service total.
- Avoid caffeine before your appointment — it can cause eye twitching and make the process more difficult.
Guests & Children
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests are permitted in the service area unless approved in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
Refill Policy
- Fills are available for clients within the correct timeframe (2-week or 3-week fill windows).
- Lash retention will be assessed at the start of your appointment.
- Sets with less than 40% retention may be reclassified as a full set and priced accordingly.
- Fills outside the designated timeframe may not be accepted and a new full set may be required.
Results Disclaimer
Lash extension results vary based on natural lash health, lifestyle, and aftercare. We are not responsible for premature shedding due to improper aftercare. Please follow all aftercare instructions provided at your appointment.
