Reserve Your Spot

Reserve your spot for just 30% — it's simply applied to your balance when you arrive. Think of it as claiming your seat at the glam table.

Need to Reschedule?

Life happens — we get it. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit, and future bookings may require full prepayment.

Arriving for Your Appointment

• Please arrive on time or a few minutes early — your appointment time is reserved just for you.
• Running late? Give us a heads up. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may incur a late fee.

Come Lash-Ready

To get the most out of your service, please arrive with:

• Clean lashes — no mascara or eye makeup
• A caffeine-free morning if possible (it reduces eye movement during application)

If your lashes need a cleanse before we begin, a Lash Bath add-on ($35) will be added to your service.

Refill Guidelines

• Fills are available within a 2-week window from your last appointment.
• Sets with less than 40% retention will be reclassified as a full set.
• Fills outside the designated window may require a new full set — we'll always let you know upfront.

Guests & Children

To maintain a calm, focused environment for all clients, no additional guests are permitted in the service area unless approved in advance. Thank you for understanding!

Lash extension results vary based on your natural lash health, lifestyle, and aftercare routine. We'll provide full aftercare instructions at your appointment to help you get the longest-lasting results possible.
