• Do not use oil-based products near or on your eyes, they loosen the glue bond
• Avoid using an eyelash curler
• No mascara needed
• Avoid using cotton on your lash extensions
• Clean your lashes every day with a gentle foam cleanser
• Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie
• Avoid sleeping on your face, it creates stress on the extensions and causes premature shedding

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
• Please arrive on time or a few minutes early — your appointment time is reserved just for you.
• Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may incur a late fee.
• Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara.
• No additional guests are permitted in the service area unless approved in advance.
